I'm Ryan Eberhard. I founded Gauges Green in 2026, and I run it from Mexico City.

Gauges Green is a practice of senior operators, and the work I choose sits in one gap I keep noticing. In growth-stage companies it shows up when the team has product-market fit and is executing, and the metrics are still moving slower than the ambition. In larger, established companies, it sits between how the business runs today and what is now possible, including where and how to apply AI. Closing the distance between a capable team and the results it should be producing is how I spend my time. I take a small number of engagements at a time, and the goal of each one is to make myself unnecessary and leave the team stronger.

The judgment behind that comes from operating. I spent eight years as CPO at ZipRecruiter, building the product org from Series A through the NYSE listing while revenue grew from $100M to $900M with 46% year-over-year organic growth. At JobGet I came in as President and helped push revenue past $100M while cutting burn from $2M a month, which enabled the acquisitions of Snagajob and Seasoned. At Swing Education I served as CPTO and COO, and the team cut OpEx and COGS by more than 50% year over year while maintaining product velocity, including an AI transformation of operations.

The practice works in two areas, Growth Product and AI Operations, and every engagement runs the same arc from diagnostic to embedded work to transition; the details are on /services. I run Gauges Green on the same operating harness I install for AI Operations clients, and I publish a public build log about how it works.
