30 days, fixed fee

I take ownership of a critical initiative — the one that's too important to delegate but too cross-functional for any single role. I lead product and/or growth directly, hire and coach your team, and ship the roadmap. I'm in your Slack, your standups, your data. 2-3 days per week.
