When to introduce Gauges Green
The best intro is to a company where the founder, executive team, or board needs a senior operator inside the work now.
The current live practice areas are Growth Product and AI Operations. The practice is meant to add Product, Finance, People, Engineering, Sales, GTM, Operations, Analytics, and Design.
Client Introductions
The best client intro usually has momentum and pressure in the same room. A strong company is making important product, growth, or AI decisions, but the operating rhythm, priorities, or accountability need to get sharper. Gauges Green is useful when senior judgment would change the work this quarter.
Send the company, the person to talk with, the situation, and why now. If Gauges Green is not the right fit, I will say that before anyone wastes cycles.
Operator Introductions
The right operator has owned a function before. Product, Finance, People, Engineering, Sales, GTM, Operations, Analytics, Design, or another function where a founder would pay for senior judgment. They may already have clients. They do not need to be rescued from independence. They need a better way to run it.
Send the person's function, the company or stage where they have owned the work, and why you think they would raise the standard for the practice.
Talk It Through
If there is a broader portfolio pattern or a function we should understand, book time instead of forcing it into an email.
